Dr. Foy grew up in the Montgomery area where he attended The Montgomery Academy. After finishing his residency, he opened Foy Dental Care in October of 1995. He is a member of the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Association of Dental Sleep Medicine.
