About Dr. Foy
Dr. Foy grew up in the Montgomery area where he attended The Montgomery Academy. After high school he pursued his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University and UAB, where received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1990.
He began his dental training at the University of Tennessee in 1990 and was awarded his Doctorate in 1994. He then returned to Alabama to further his training in a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Birmingham. After finishing his residency, he opened Foy Dental Care in October of 1995.
He moved the office to its present locations in June of 2011 where he practices both family, cosmetic, and sedation dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Association of Dental Sleep Medicine.
In addition he has been a consultant with the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences for almost 10 years. Dr. Foy is married and has three and 1/2 children (our 4th is due in September).

Foy Dental Care is a comprehensive family practice offering a variety of restorative dentistry, while also focusing on cosmetic dentistry. We have a comprehensive hygiene program that not only provides cleanings but periodontal (gum) treatment when necessary.
For those patients needing extensive dental procedures, Dr. Foy can provide dentistry in a relaxed environment, keeping the patient comfortable through oral conscious sedation.Our office hours are by appointment only.
We are open Monday 7-4, Tuesday 7-4 Wednesday 8-6, Thursday 7-4. Friday: limited appointments available by request. We’re also available after hours to patients of record who have dental emergencies.
