Your first visit at Foy Dental Care will usually consist of a comprehensive exam of your teeth and gums as well as any necessary x-rays. Using the information found in the x-rays and during the exam, Dr. Foy will form a comprehensive treatment plan consisting of his recommended treatment options as well as any alternative treatment options. In addition he will determine the type and frequency of cleaning you will need. The staff at Foy Dental Care will then present the financial estimate of your treatment including any benefits you may receive from insurance.
In order to evaluate your dental needs properly, Dr. Foy will need approximately one hour of your time. For that reason we ask that you set this appointment up on a day that you know you will be able to give us this much time. In addition please bring any pertinent information such as your dental insurance card, current x-rays, and any pertinent medical information such as a list of prescription medications. In addition, please arrive at least 30 minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork. In order to limit your time in our office, the paperwork is available below.
